In accordance with Column 2 of REACH Annexes IX, the soil macroorganisms toxicity test, the terrestrial plants toxicity and the soil microorganisms toxicity are not needed to be conducted if direct and indirect exposure of the substance to soil is unlikely, due to the high solubility in water and logkow (logkow<3) for this substance. Thus no additional test was required for this endpoint.

In addition, from the read-across approach, the LC50 to earthworms was greater than 1000 p.p.m active ingredients, and it was used as a supporting study. From the read-across approach, no hazard effect to the seedling emergence and following growth of the three plants has been found up to the concentration of 100 mg/kg dw soil, and it was used as a supporting study.
