- Executive summary:
The determination of partition coefficient 1-octanol/water was carried out according to the EU Method A.8 (Shake-flask Method), with GLP.
Duplicate determinations were made under three different test conditions, in the first, the calculated volume ratio of n-octanol to water is used; in the second this ratio is divided by two; and in the third, this ratio is multiplied by two.
The repeatability is in a range below ± 0,3 log units.The Partition Coefficient of the test material determined at 22,5 ± 1,0 °C was 3,83 (± 0,31)
