First-aid measures
Emergency measure - Inhalation: Removed to fresh air.
Emergency measure - Eyes: Immediately flush with water. Obtain medical attention
immediately
Emergency measure - Skin: Immediately flush with water. Wipe Off. Obtain medical
attention.
Emergency measure - Ingestion: Obtain medical attention.
Fire-fighting measures
Recommended extinguishing agent: Carbon dioxide, foam, dry powder or fine water spray. Water
can be used to cool fire exposed containers.
Product arising from burning: Oxides of carbon. Formaldehyde, Nitrogen products,
Phosphorous products.
Product determined by test: N
Protective equipment: Self-contained respirator and protective clothing should be
worn.
Accidental release measures
Emergency measures in case of spillage: Determine the need to evacuate or isolate the area according
to your local emergency plan. Very large spills should be
contained by bunding procedures. Mop,wipe or soak up
withabsorbent material and palce in a container with a lid.
Handling and storage
Handling: General ventilation is recommended. Avoid Skin and Eye
Contact.Local ventillation is recommended. Do not breath
spray or mist.Suitable , heavy duty, plastic or rubber
gauntlets should be worn : Nitrile rubber. Face shield or
safety goggles are appropriate. Wear imprevious overalls in
circumstances where significant skin contact can occur.
Storage: Store in a well ventillated Area. Do not store with
oxidizing agents.
Packaging of the substance and or preparation: The preparation is packaged in 20 L tighthead drum-
vallathene lined, nitrogen purged.
