Additional information

The test substance is expected to be a neutral organic based on profiling within the OECD Toolbox v3 and based on chemical inspection. The test substance does not contain any functional groups that would be indicative of electrophilic potential, i.e. it does not trigger any alerts for protein binding or DNA binding as encoded in the OECD Toolbox. As a result, a QSAR approach based on the baseline narcosis equation as encoded in ECOSAR was undertaken to meet the data requirement for fish short term toxicity, daphnid short term toxicity, and algae toxicity.
