Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Results and discussion

Flash point
Flash point:
ca. 14 °C
Remarks on result:
other: The sampeled data of the flash point are poorly repeatable PMA2 (with stirring, measuring range RT - 400°C) as well as APA3 (without stirring, measuring range -30 - 80°C) between 14°C to 28°C ( 5 different measurements). Flash point pure acetone < -20°C.

Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
The sampeled data of the flash point are poorly repeatable PMA2 (with stirring, measuring range RT - 400°C) as well as APA3 (without stirring, measuring range -30 - 80°C) between 14°C to 28°C ( 5 different measurements). Flash point pure acetone < -20°C.

The assay showed in the dynamic DSC from 110°C a strong exothermic value of 628J/g.
