Applicant's summary and conclusion
- Conclusions:
- Negative with and without metabolic activation.
- Executive summary:
The genotoxicity potential of the test substance was evaluated in a in vitro bacterial reverse mutation assay according to the EU Method B.14 (92/69/EEC) and in compliance with GLP. The study was performed with and without metabolic activation on the S. typhimurium TA1535, TA1537, TA1538, TA98 and TA100 strains at concentrations in the range 50 - 5000 μg/plate. Under the conditions of the study, the test substance did not induce genotoxicity nor with neither without metabolic activation.
