Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Classification according to CLP

Acute effect concentrations are available for two trophic levels (aquatic invertebrates and algae) and are of the same order of magnitude in the range between 10 and 20 mg/L. Since both E(r)L50 values are clearly > 1 mg/L the substance is not classified for short-term hazards to the aquatic environment. Based on the lowest acute effect value of 15.7 mg/L for aquatic invertebrates and the fact that the substance is not readily biodegradable, the substance is classified and labelled as Chronic 3 for the long-term hazards to the aquatic environment, according to the consolidated version of Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 and further amendments (ATPs).
