No flash point was observed up to 130.0 °C (corrected value).

Remark:At 130.0 °C, the test item boiled and overflowed just before the presentation of the flame. Then the test was stopped.

Main test

No main test was performed.

Interpretation of results:
GHS criteria not met
Conclusions:
No flash point was observed up to 130.0 °C (corrected value).
Executive summary:

The flash point of Phosphonium, tetrakis(hydroxymethyl) -, sulphate (2:1), reaction products with 1-tetradecanamine and urea has been determined according to EC A.9 method and ISO standard 3679 (March 2015) in compliance with GLP.

A closed cup method was used for the determination of the flash point. No flash point was observed up to 130.0°C.

Description of key information

No flash point was observed up to 130.0 °C (Corrected value)

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

An experimental study scored as Klimisch 1, was selected as a key study. It was performed in compliance with GLP according to EC A.9. Method and ISO standard 3679.
