Preleminary test:

The substance was formed in a wedge-shaped pile with a length of 25 cm, a width of 2 cm and 1 cm in height. An attempt was made to ignite the test substance with the flame of a gas-burner. The test substance melted and burned with a yellow flame in contact with the ignition source. After removal of the ignition source, the flame extinguished immediately and no propagation throughout the test substance pile was observed. The malten test substance turned black (original colour: white to pale yellow).

Main study:

the result of the preleminary test indicates that the main study did not have to be performed.

ln conclusion, the substance is not "highly flammable" according to the criteria of the directive.
