Hand protection:
For the short-time contact (e.g. as splash contact) gloves of nitrile rubber (Layer thickness
0,1 mm, Breakthrough time > 10 min) according to EN 374 are recommended. For longer
contact gloves of butyl rubber (Layer thickness > 0,7 mm, Breakthrough time > 60 min)
according to EN 374 are recommended.
Note that for a longer and repeated contact the breakthrough times stated above in practice
will be clear shorter as they were determined according to EN 374. In any case the glove
should be tested on the suitablility (mechanical and thermic durability, product compatibility,
antistatic etc.). In case of sign of wear: please replace the gloves.
