Three groups of trouts (each containing 8 fish) was exposed to the test concentrations of 100, 200 and 1000 mg/L for 48 hours. No mortality was observed at 100 and 200 mg/L test concentrations, while 100% (8 out of 8) mortality was observed at 1000 mg/L test concentration. Hence, the LC50 (TL50) of FAT 20042/B was determined to be 450 mg/L.
