Conclusions:
Strong opacity of the cornea, no reaction to light of the iris, redness, chemosis and
secretion of the middle range were observed in two animals at 1 hour after the test substance
application. These symptoms continued to 7 days after the application, except for reaction
of the iris. The reaction of the iris disappeared in one animal on 5 days after the application,
and disappeared on 6 days after the application in the other animal.
