Description of key information

The test substance is not sensitive with respect to heating or shock according to EU Method A.14.

Additional information

The sensitivity to heating or shock was determined by EU Method A.14 following GLP compliance in 2010 by the Výzkumný ústav organických syntéz a.s. (Kožená V). The test substance is not liable to explode under conditions of intense heat and defined confinement. The test substance is not sensitive with respect to shock. Thus, the test substance is not considered to be explosive under conditions of EU method A.14.

Justification for classification or non-classification

The notifiable substance is not sensitive to shock, and it is not explosive under effects of heating and ignition under confinement. As a result, the substance does not meet the criteria for classification according to Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008, Annex I section 2.1.
