Waiving argument:
The substance is readily biodegradable, the adsorption potential is low (Log Koc = 1.65), as is the bioconcentration factor (the estimated Log BCF was 0.5). Direct and indirect exposure to soil is not likely, since the substance is not intentionally applied to soil. Therefore, no testing is required in accordance with REACH; ANNEX X; No. 9.5.1, column 2.
