Description of key information

An inhalation exposure study yielded an LC50 value of >5.22 mg/l indicating that TDCP is of no acute toxicity following inhalation exposure. Studies in rats indicated that TDCP is of no acute toxicity via the oral and dermal routes of exposure, with LD50 values of >2000 mg/kg in both cases.
