Applicant's summary and conclusion

Executive summary:

The sample is closed up in a crucible made of aluminium with perforated lid and heated up in a DTA-system (heating rate 5K/min). In comparison with an inert sample (empty crucible) the temperature difference an the heat effect is recorded. The boiling curve of the sample is steep endothermic signal.

This procedure conforms to the test method A.2 (section 1.4.6), "determination of the boiling point", described in the EG-guideline 92/69.
