- Justification:
The substance should be considered as persistent in the environment as only 2% biodegradation was noted after 28 days of sludge contact in a OECD 301D study. However, the experimental log Pow of 1.14 suggest tha it has no potential for bioaccumulation. The available toxicological and ecotoxicological data do not give evidence of significant toxic effects of the substance. Therefore, the substance is not fulfilling the B or vB criterion and T criteria according to Annex XIII of the REACH regulation. The substance is not a PBT or vPvB substance according to the REACH regulation.
