Description of key information
In accordance with Section 2 of Annex XI of Regulation (EC) 1907/2006 (REACH), it is considered justified to omit the dissociation constant test (required under point 7.16 of Annex IX) on the grounds that testing is not technically feasible.
There is a lack of a suitable analytical technique for the study, due to the substance being a complex mixture. It would not be possible to assign a relevant value for the dissociation constant due to the substance containing too many variable components.
