Details on results:
The mean pH of the test item solution in all the solvents measured during each sampling occasion (24, 48 and 72 hours) was found to be 6.39, 6.42 and 6.43, respectively.

The mean maximum and minimum temperature of orbital shaking incubator maintained at 30 ± 1°C was 30.2°C and 29.7°C, respectively. The mean maximum and minimum temperature of incubator maintained at 20 ± 0.5°C were 20.3°C and 20.0°C, respectively.
Conclusions:
Water solubility: 0.23 ± 0.01 g/L at 20 ± 0.5°C
Executive summary:

This study was conducted to determine the water solubility of the test substance. The water solubility was determined according to regulatory guidelines OECD 105, OPPTS 830.7840 and EEC method A.6. The solubility of the test substance was studied in double distilled water at 20 ± 0.5°C, using the shake flask method. The samples were analysed by high-performance liquid chromatography.

Mean water solubility of the test substance in double distilled water was 0.23 ± 0.01 g/L at 20 ± 0.5°C.
