Description of key information

This study was conducted to assess the toxicity of the test substance, ColaMoist 200, to the freshwater invertebrate Daphnia magna in a 48-hour static test. A survival rate of 100% was observed in the control and organisms treated with 100 mg/L. There were no observable abnormalities in any of the test groups during any point of the study. The 24-hour and 48-hour NOEC of ColaMoist 200 was determined to be 100 mg/L, and the 24-hour and 48-hour ECso was determined to be > 1 00 mg/L. Results presented are based on nominal concentrations.
