Conclusions:
After 48 hours of exposure of Daphnia magna to T-1620L as water accommodated fractions (WAF) with a maximum nominal loading rate of 100 mg/L, no significant immobilisation was observed. Therefore the EL50 value could not be calculated but must be >100 mg/L (nominal loading rate), whilst the “no observed effect loading rate” (NOELR) was 100 mg/L, the highest nominal loading rate tested.
Executive summary:
