Administrative data
First-aid measures
Emergency measure - Eyes: In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice.
Emergency measure - Skin: After contact with skin, wash immediately with water.
Emergency measure - Ingestion: A person which vomits in a supine position bring in a recovery position.
If swallowed, rinse mouth with water (only if the person is conscious). Do not induce vomiting. Rinse out mouth and then drink plenty of water.
Fire-fighting measures
Product arising from burning: Carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide.
Accidental release measures
Handling and storage
during sampling. If necessary, any vapours/aerosols that forms should be extracted directly at the point of origin. If technical extraction or ventilation measures are not possible or are insufficient, the wearing of respiratory protection (e.g. full mask with filter A2) is recommended. To avoid skin contact, tested protective gloves (e.g. nitil, level III according to EN 374 and 388) should be worn. To avoid eye contact, safe eye protection (e.g. goggles with lateral protection, according to EN 166-168 and 170) is absolutely essential. Adequate washing facilities should be available in the immediate vicinity of the work area and eye douches should be made available and their location indicated conspicuously. Wash hands before breaks and after work. Change contaminated clothing immediately.
Storage: Keep in a cool place, protect from light. Secure the container against falling Keep only in original containers. Avoid product residues on the containers.
Packaging of the substance and or preparation: 20 kg can, flat (steel) 200 kg Sickenfass (steel)
