If inhaled: Remove to fresh air. If symptoms persist, call a physician.
In case of skin contact: Wash off with soap and water. No hazards which require special first aid measures.

Specific hazards during fire fighting: Fire may cause evolution of Hydrogen iodide, Nitrogen oxides (NOx), Carbon dioxide (CO2), Carbon monoxide (CO), Hydrogen chloride gas

Further information: Prevent fire extinguishing water from contaminating surface water or the ground water system.
Accidental release measures
Personal precautions: Use personal protective equipment. Avoid dust formation.
Environmental precautions: Do not flush into surface water or sanitary sewer system.
Methods for cleaning up: Contain spillage, and then collect with an electrically protected vacuum cleaner or by wet-brushing and place in container for disposal according to local regulations.
