Details on test conditions:
Soil characteristics (e.g. pH, % organic matter):
Basic substrate compound:

- 10% peat [ pH 5.5-6.0, moisture content 45-63% ]

- 20% china clay which consist from more then 50% kaolin

- 69-70% industrial silicic sand

- 0-1% calcium carbonate [powdery, chemically pure for pH
adjustment to 6.0+/-0.5]

All basic substrate compounds are mixed thoroughly and in
this homogenized mixture dried matter was analysed at
temperature 105deg. C = 87.1 % w/w

[ analysed by Sartorius MA 30 moisture analyzer ]

Artificial soil substrate compound:

For toxicity test on earthworm the defined artificial soil
was used as a supporting medium with demanded moisture

25-42%, consist of basic substrate and deionized water to
obtain adequately moist soil

-reference matter : chloroacetamide [ NH2-CO-CH2-Cl ]p.a.

-auxiliary matter: acetone p.a.
Nominal and measured concentrations:
preliminary test 0.1 - 1 - 10 - 100 - 1000 mg/kg dried matter
basic test: 640 - 800 - 1000 - 1280 - 1600 - 2000 mg/kg dried matter
Reference substance (positive control):
yes
