Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
This study validly determined the surface tension of the substance solution according to the specified guideline. The surface tension was determined to be 74.69 mN/m-1
Executive summary:

Surface tension was determined in accordance with OECD Guideline 115, Paris 1987 and OJEC L383 A/47 -53. The surface tension of the 90% saturated solution was determined in duplicate to be 68.9mN.m^3 and 68.9mNn^1. This is corrected to 74.69mN/m.
