- 60 earthworms (six replicates of 10 worms) were exposed to a single concentration of 1000 mg/kg of soil for a period of 14 days at a temperature of 19 to 23C. The number of mortalities were determined after 7 and 14 days exposure.

In an OECD 207 study conducted under GLP conditions, the 14 -day NOEC and LC50 of Molyvan 855 for earthworms (Eisenia foetida) is > 1000 mg/kg soil dw (Harlan Laboratories, 2011).
