First-aid measures
- General advice:
Remove affected person from source of contamination. Move affected person to fresh air and keep warm and at rest in a position comfortable for breathing.
- Following inhalation:
Move affected person to fresh air at once. If breathing stops, provide artificial respiration. When breathing is difficult, properly trained personnel may assist affected person by administering oxygen. Get medical attention.
- Following skin contact:
Remove contaminated clothing immediately and wash skin with soap and water. Get medical attention if any discomfort continues.
- Following eye contact:
Rinse immediately with plenty of water. Remove any contact lenses and open eyelids wide apart. Continue to rinse for at least 15 minutes. Get medical attention if any discomfort continues.
- Following ingestion:
Do not induce vomiting. Rinse mouth thoroughly with water. Get medical attention.

Fire-fighting measures
- Suitable extinguishing media:
Extinguish with alcohol-resistant foam, carbon dioxide, dry powder or water fog.
- Unsuitable extinguishing media:
Do not use water jet as an extinguisher, as this will spread the fire.
- Special hazards arising from the substance or mixture: Vapour may travel considerable distance to source of ignition and flash back.

Accidental release measures
- Personal precautions:
Avoid inhalation of vapours and contact with skin and eyes. Provide adequate ventilation. No smoking, sparks, flames or other sources of ignition near spillage. Keep unnecessary and unprotected personnel away from the spillage. Evacuate area.
- Protective equipment and emergency procedures:
Wear protective clothing: chemical splash goggles, hand gloves complied with European Standard EN374.Wear appropriate clothing to prevent any possibility of liquid contact and repeated or prolonged vapour contact.
- Environmental precautions:
Avoid the spillage or runoff entering drains, sewers or watercourses. Do not discharge into drains or watercourses or onto the ground
- Methods and material for containment and cleaning up: Absorb in vermiculite, dry sand or earth and place into containers. Collect and place in
suitable waste disposal containers and seal securely.
Handling and storage
- Precautions for safe handling:
Keep away from heat, sparks and open flame. Eliminate all sources of ignition. Static electricity and formation of sparks must be prevented. Avoid inhalation of vapours/spray and contact with skin and eyes. Storage tanks and other containers must be earthed. Use explosion-proof electrical, ventilating and lighting equipment.
Do not eat, drink or smoke when using this product. Good personal hygiene procedures should be implemented. Take off contaminated clothing and wash it before reuse. Wash after use and before eating, smoking and using the toilet.
- Conditions for safe storage, including any incompatibilities: Keep away from heat, sparks and open flame. Store in tightly-closed, original container in a
dry, cool and well-ventilated place. Prolonged contact with air may cause formation of explosive peroxides. Protect from light. Earth container and transfer equipment to eliminate
sparks from static electricity. Store in a demarcated bunded area to prevent release to drains and/or watercourses.

Exposure controls / personal protection

2. Organisational protection measures: Provide adequate general and local exhaust ventilation.
3. Hand protection: The most suitable glove should be chosen in consultation with the glove supplier/manufacturer, who can provide information about the breakthrough time of the glove material. To protect hands from chemicals, gloves should comply with European Standard EN374.

Disposal considerations
Waste is suitable for incineration. Dispose via licensed waste contractor. Local regulations must be complied with.
This material must be disposed of via an Authorised Waste/Disposal Company in accordance with Local and or National Waste Disposal Regulations.
This material and container must be disposed of as a HAZARDOUS WASTE.
