Data platform availability banner - registered substances factsheets
Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.
The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Administrative data
First-aid measures
Emergency measure - Inhalation: Remove the person from exposure and move to fresh air
immediately.
If not breathing, give artificial respiration. If breathing
is difficult, give oxygen. Get medical aid.
Emergency measure - Eyes: Immediately flush eyes with plenty of water for at least 15
minutes, occasionally lifting the upper and lower eyelids.
Get medical aid.
Emergency measure - Skin: Flush skin with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes
while removing contaminated clothing and shoes. Get medical
aid. Remove contaminated clothing and wash before reuse.
Emergency measure - Ingestion: Do not induce vomiting. Wash mouth out with water and drink
2-3 glasses of water. Get medical aid.
Fire-fighting measures
Recommended extinguishing agent: Foam or water irrigation.
Intensive flush of water is not suitable agent.
Product arising from burning: Probable products of pyrolysis: carbon monoxide, carbon
dioxide, nitrogen oxides and sulphur oxides.
Product determined by test: N
Protective equipment: Wear breathing apparatus in fire.
Accidental release measures
Emergency measures in case of spillage: Vacuum or sweep up material and place into a suitable
disposal container. Wash away the remains with water.
Handling and storage
Handling: Use suitable personal protection equipment for protection of
eyes, skin and respiration tract. Follow the rules for
basic principles of working hygiene. When handling does not
eat, drink and smoke. After work wash your face and hands
with warm water and soap.
Avoid the contact with fire. Avoid formation of dusty
conditions. Take precautionary measures against static
discharges.
Storage: Store material in tightly closed containers separately
from source of ignition (sparks, fire). Store material under
normal temperature and pressure.
Packaging of the substance and or preparation: The substance is packed in closed PE containers or in metal
containers with PE liner.

Stability and reactivity
Danger other than fire: The substance may be dangerous at temperatures about 260
deg.C because it may blaze up.
Dust explosion: Dust explosion may occur only by initiation in dusty
conditions.
