First-aid measures
General advice:
In case of doubt or unease, seek medical advice and show this SDS or the label
After inhalation:
Supply fresh air. If symptoms are experienced, get medical attention. In case of unconsciousness place patient stably in side position for transportation.
After skin contact:
SENSITISER. If on skin: Wash with plenty of water and soap. Take off contaminated clothing and wash it before reuse. If skin irritation or rash occurs: Get medical advice/attention.
Rinse with plenty of water. Get medical attention if irritation or skin rash occurs. Remove contaminated clothing and shoes. Wash clothing before reuse. Clean shoes thoroughly before reuse.
After eye contact:
Rinse with running water, including under the eyelids. If irritation persists, get medical advice.
After ingestion:
Do not induce vomiting. Rinse mouth with water, and spit out. If symptoms develop, get medical advice.
Most important symptoms and effects, both acute and delayed If repeated exposure, eczema-like reactions may develop.
Indication of any immediate medical attention and special treatment needed Hand washing point recommended at the workplace.
Fire-fighting measures
Suitable extinguishing agents: CO2, foam, powder.
Unsuitable extinguishing agents: water with jet.
Avoid inhalation of smoke and fumes. In case of insufficient ventilation, wear suitable respiratory equipment. Fire-fighters should wear appropriate protective equipment and self-contained breathing apparatus.
Special hazards arising from the substance:
No release of particular hazardous substance expected (carbon oxides).
DANGEROUS FOR THE ENVIRONMENT. Contain contaminated fire fighting water.
Advice for firefighters
Avoid inhalation...
Accidental release measures
Person-safety precautions:
SKIN SENSITISER.
Wear protective gloves and protective clothing. Avoid breathing fume/mist/vapours/ spray.
Wash hands/shower after intervention.
Wear personal protective equipment. Evacuate unprotected persons to safe areas. Provide adequate ventilation. Remove all sources of ignition.
Measures for environmental protection:
DANGEROUS FOR THE ENVIRONMENT.
Do not allow product to reach soil, waterways, drains and sewers. Inform the relevant authorities if the product has caused environmental pollution (soil, waterways, drains or sewers).
Measures for cleaning/collecting:
In case of small spills, absorb spilled liquid with inert absorbent. Collect in an appropriate container properly labelled for disposal. Close it before disposal according to regulation.
In case of large spills, stop spill if it can be done without danger, dike and pump as much liquid as possible with an explosion-proof pump or a hand pump. Absorb the remaining liquid with inert absorbent. Collect in an appropriate container properly labelled for disposal. Close it before disposal according to regulation.
Handling and storage
Precautions for safe handling:
Wear personal protective equipment. Provide adequate ventilation where the product is handled.
No smoking. Avoid any sources of ignition. Avoid exposing to high temperature during processing. Do not ingest or apply to the skin as such. Good personal washing routines should be followed. Contaminated work clothing should not be allowed out of the workplace.
Conditions for safe storage:
Avoid release to the environment.
Store in a cool well-ventilated location. Keep container tightly sealed. Keep away from sources of ignition. Protect from heat and direct sunlight. Respect general rules for compatibility storage.

Exposure controls / personal protection
Control parameters
Occupational Exposure Limits
No Occupational Exposure Limit value established for the substance
Engineering measures:
Provide local exhaust or general room ventilation to minimize exposure to vapours. Emergency eye wash fountains and safety showers should be available in the immediate vicinity of any potential exposure.
General protective and hygienic measures:
The usual precautionary measures are to be adhered to when handling chemicals. Take off contaminated clothing and wash before reuse. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Individual washing routines should be followed after any potential contact.
Personal protective equipment - respiratory protection:
Recommended: Use suitable respiratory protective device in case of insufficient ventilation.
Personal protective equipment - Hand protection:
SKIN SENSITISER.
Use protective gloves nitrile or fluorinated (Teflon, Viton) recommended, resistant to chemicals (standard EN 374-1). Avoid latex.Gloves should be replaced regularly and if there is any indication of degradation or chemical breakthrough.
Personal protective equipment - Eye protection:
Use safety glasses (standard EN 166). Safety goggles or face shield recommended
Personal protective equipment - Body protection:
Wear protective work clothing with long sleeves. Impervious boots.
Stability and reactivity
Reactivity:
No data from specific reactivity tests are available for this substance. No reaction known with air or water. No pyrophoric or self-heating properties, nor release of flammable gas if contact with water, anticipated.
Chemical stability:
Stable if handled and stored according to specifications.
Possibility of hazardous reactions:
No hazardous reactions known.
Conditions to avoid:
Prolonged or excessive heat and/or exposure to air may cause non-hazardous decomposition and/or
oxidation of the substance. Keep away from heat and sources of ignition.
Incompatible materials:
Avoid contact with strong acids and oxidizing agents.
Hazardous decomposition products:
No dangerous decomposition products known.
Disposal considerations
Wastes should be eliminated according to national or regional regulatory requirements currently in
force. Minimize release to the environment.
Unusable products, out of date, residues and contaminated packaging are considered as hazardous waste according to Directive 2008/98/EC (as modified by Regulation (EU) No 1357/2014).
Therefore, they must be disposed of according to local and national rules into force. Contact a licensed company. Do not pour into drains or in the environment. Do not re-use empty containers.
