Description of key information

In accordance with Annex IX of Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006, the equilibrium partitioning method has been used for assessing the hazard to soil organisms. Therefore, testing of soil organisms is not regarded necessary.

According to REACH Annex X, 9.6.1, column 2, there is no need for testing in birds. Dicumyl peroxide is unlikely to accumulate in the food chain based on both experimental and QSAR-predicted BCF values.
