Boiling point cannot be determined because the substance decomposes before boiling, decomposition temperature: >300°C

According to REACH Annex VII section 7.3 Column 2 this study does not need to be conducted since the substance decomposes before boiling. The decomposition temperature was stated in two independently acting peer-reviewed databases resp. handbooks to be 323°C and 350°C, respectively. Although these values are not absolutely equal, they are in the same temperature range and state clearly, that the substance decomposes before boiling. Hence, these values are sufficient to justify the waiving of this endpoint.
