Details on test solutions:
PREPARATION AND APPLICATION OF TEST SOLUTION

- Stock solution: A concentrated stock solution was prepared by mixing 10.0g of the test substance with 1000 mL of dilution water and stirring a
magnetic stirrer for 15 min; then it was put into the aquarium and the volume was adjusted with dilution water to 5L.
-Test solutions (prepared by dilution of the stock solution): 0 (blanc = control solution), 0.1, 1.0, 10, 100, 1000, 10000 mg/L concentration of the
test substance
- Procedure: Numbered 15-L-glass aquaria were used as test vessels and filled with 5L of test-solution. The test animals were added to the
previously prepared test solution. The aquaria were sligtly aerated via glass capillary throughout the test.
Test temperature: 23 ±1°C; pH(dilution water): 7.8 ±0.2
