- Conclusions:
- The water solubility of Amiloride Compound 6 at 20°C was determined to be 3.49 g/L using the flask method (GLP-compliant study in accordance with EC A.6, OECD 105 and OPPTS 830.7840). The pH was 4.5-4.6.
