Data platform availability banner - registered substances factsheets
Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.
The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Administrative data
First-aid measures
oxygen. Get medical aid.
In case of skin contact: Immediately wash off skin with soap and plenty of water while removing contaminated clothing
and shoes. Wash clothing before reuse. Get medical aid.
In case of eye contact: Immediately flush eyes with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes, occasionally lifting the upper
and lower eyelids. Get medical aid.
If swallowed: Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. Get medical aid. Do NOT induce
vomiting. If conscious and alert, rinse mouth and drink 2-4 cupfuls of water.
Fire-fighting measures
As in any fire, wear a self-contained breathing apparatus and full protective gear. Dust can form an explosive mixture with air.
During a fire, irritating and highly toxic gases (CO, CO2, NOx, HCl) may be generated by thermal decomposition or combustion.
2. Extinguishing media:
water spray, dry chemical, carbon dioxide, alcohol-resistant foam or chemical foam
3. Advice for firefighters
Wear self -contained breathing apparatus for firefighting and full protective gear. Collect contaminated extinguishing water separately, do not
allow to reach sewage or effluent systems.
Accidental release measures
Use proper personal protective equipment. Ensure adequate ventilation. Avoid formation of dust. Evacuate personnel to safe areas. Dust can form
an explosive mixture with air.
2. Environmental precautions
Do not let this chemical enter the drains and observing precautions in the Protective Equipment section.
3. Methods and materials for containment and cleaning up
Pick up mechanically, then place in suitable container. Ensure adequate ventilation.
4. Reference to other sections
For disposal see section 13 of safety data sheet (disposal considerations).

CO, CO2, NOx, HCl
Disposal considerations
Product:
Dispose of waste according to applicable legislations. Do not allow product to reach sewage system. Must not be disposed together with household garbage.
Contaminated Packaging:
Handle contaminated packages in the same way as the substance itself.
