First-aid measures
Emergency measure - Inhalation: Für Frischluft sorgen und bei Beschwerden Betroffenen
ärztlicher Behandlung zuführen.
"ENGLISH"
Remove to the fresh air and, in the case of complaints, take
for medical treatment.
"ENGLISH"
Taking care to protect the uninjured eye, rinse out
immediately with copious amounts of water. Seek medical
advice immediately.
Hautreizung Arzt aufzusuchen.
"ENGLISH"
Wash off immediately with soap and water. If skin-irritation
persists, seek medical advice.
Emergency measure - Ingestion: Mund ausspülen und reichlich Wasser nachtrinken lassen;
sofort ärztlichen Rat einholen.
"ENGLISH"
Rinse out the mouth and then get the casualty to drink large
quantities of water.
Seek medical advice immediately.
Fire-fighting measures
heiten.
"ENGLISH"
Exstinguishing agents dependent on the extent of the fire
and local conditions.
Product arising from burning: Phosphorsäure.
Spuren anderer giftiger Stoffe sind nicht auszuschließen.
Keine Brandgefahren.
"ENGLISH"
Phosphoric acid, traces of other toxic substances cannot be
excluded.
No fire risks.
Protective equipment: Atemschutzgerät, vollständige Schutzkleidung (siehe "Hand-
habung") anlegen.
"ENGLISH"
Wear respirator, full protective clothing (see "handling").
Accidental release measures
"ENGLISH"
Take up spilled TIB Kat 50 mechanically avoiding the
formation of dust (e.g. using an industrial vacuum cleaner
of approved type) and dispose of according to national and
local regulations. While doing so, avoid skin and eye
contact as well as inhalation of the substance by wearing
the personal protective equipment described under
"handling".
Label waste containers according to Technical Rule 201
Handling and storage
men sollten staubdichte Vorrichtungen verwendet werden.
Schutz-
kleidung (z.B.:::) getragen werden. Ein sicherer Augenschutz
(z.B. Korbbrille ggf. zusätzlich mit Gesichtsschutzschild)
ist unbedingt erforderlich.
In unmittelbarer Nähe des Arbeitsbereiches sollten Augen-
brausen bereitgestellt und ihr Standort auffällig gekenn-
zeichnet werden.
Bei möglicher Staubentwicklung sollten wegen der poten-
tiellen Stauboxplosionsgefahr potentielle Zündquellen aus
dem Arbeisbereich entfernt werden. Des Weiteren sollten
Maßnahmen gegen elektrostatische Aufladungen getroffen
werden.
"ENGLISH"
All work processes must always be designed so that eye
contact with the substance is excluded. Inhalation of the
substance and skin contact must be avoided.
Dustproof equipment should be used during filling, transfer,
metered feeding and sampling. In the case of handling in
open systems, any dust that may form must be extracted
directly at the point of origin. If technical extraction or
ventilation measures are not possible or are insufficient,
suitable respiratory protection (e.g.:::) should be worn. In
order to avoid dermal contact, tested gloves (e.g. made of
PVC) and, if appropriate, protective clothing (e.g.:::)
should be worn. Safe eye protection (e.g. tightly fitting
goggles, if appropriate, with additional face shield) is
absolutely essential.
Eye douches should be made available in the immediate
vicinity of the working area and their location labelled
conspicuously.
If there is the possibility of a dust explosion, due to the
potential dust-explosion risk, potential ignition sources
should be removed from the working area. Furthermore,
measures should be taken to prevent static discharge.
"ENGLISH"
Storage should take place in the original packing drums or
other unbreakable containers that are labelled according to
the regulations. Keep containers tightly closed, secure them
against falling and store them in a cool, well-ventilated
place away from moisture.
Packaging of the substance and or preparation: Luftdicht verschlossene Behälter.
