Results
Analytical Results
The measured DOC content of the test item was 509.1 mg org. C / g test item. The arithmetic mean of the measured DOC of the test solution after 0, 24h, 72h and 96h is 200 mg DOC/l (39 % of test item DOC). The concentrations in the test solution were below 80 % of nominal in the fresh samples.

- Conclusions:
- According to the results of the ISO 7346-II test with zebrafish Danio rerio, the LC0 (96 h) was determined to be equal or greater than 1000 mg/l (nominal) or 393.1 mg/l (arithmetic mean of measured DOC). The LC50 (96 h) was determined to 1750 mg/L (nominal) or 688.1 mg/l (arithmetic mean of measured DOC).
- Executive summary:
The objectives of the study were to determine the effects of the test item on the mortality of the Zebrafish Danio rerio under worst-case exposure conditions, to investigate if fish is the most sensitive organism for the test item and to determine the lethal concentration (LC50), and to determine the no observed effect concentration (NOEC), if possible. The principles were the exposure of fish to test solutions and observation of toxicity symptoms after 6, 24, 48, 72 and 96 hours of exposure under semi-static conditions. The study was performed under GLP conditions according to ISO 7346-II. According to the results of the ISO 7346-II test with zebrafish Danio rerio, the LC0 (96 h) was determined to be equal or greater than 1000 mg/L (nominal) or 393.1 (arithmetic mean of measured DOC). The LC50 (96 h) was determined to 1750 mg/L (nominal) or 688.1 (arithmetic mean of measured DOC).
