BCOP test did not allow to distinguish between the classification R41 and R36 (the substance is considered to be irritant to severely irritant in the BCOP test): as a worst case approach, the substance is considered to be classified R41 according to criteria of the Directive (EEC) 67/548.

Therefore the substance is considered to be classified H318 (eye damage category 1) according to Regulation (EC) N° 1272/2008 (Annex VII of this Regulation was used to translate the classification under Directive (EEC) N° 67/548 into the corresponding classification under this Regulation).
