Description of key information

During the hydrolysis test of ITC826, the degradation in THP and THPO was determined. 
The half-life for the complete disparition of THPC was determined to be 1,5 hour at 50°C and pH 10; It was determined to be 1,5 hour at 25°C and pH 12.
Using the equation R16-9 in R16 guide, the half-life at environmental temperature can be considered equal to 1.31 day at 12°C.
