Executive summary:

Not determined. The OECD draft guideline (July 1997): Estimation of the Adsorption Coefficient (Koc) on Soil and on Sewage Sludge using High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) has not been validated for organic acids and is therefore not applicable in Arakawa KW-604. Also, due to the low solubility in aqueous media the adsorption/desorption test, Method 106 of the OECD Guidelines for the Testing of Chemicals, 12 May 1981, is not applicable to Arakawa KE-604 either.
