Description of key information
The thermogravimetric analysis of Na3NTA H2O (recrystallised) with a Du Pont thermogravimetric analyser (TGA) combined with a Du Pont temperature-programming and data-recording section showed a two step decomposition.
1.) Dehydration between 150 °C and 250 °C
2.) Further decomposition between 375 °C and 490 °C, without identification of the decomposition products (pH of moistured steam = 9).
