Description of key information

A GLP study reported the particle size distribution to be:

<4 μm: 0.00 vol%       <10 µm: 0.02 vol%       <100 µm: 9.2 vol%  

d(0.1): 111 μm       d(0.5): 854 µm       d(0.9): 1541 μm       D[3,2]: 229 µm       D[4,3]: 834 μm

Additional information

A GLP study was conducted in accordance with Laser diffraction method according to ISO 13320.

The study reported the particle size distribution to be: <4 μm: 0.00 vol%       <10 µm: 0.02 vol%       <100 µm: 9.2 vol%  

d(0.1): 111 μm       d(0.5): 854 µm       d(0.9): 1541 μm       D[3,2]: 229 µm       D[4,3]: 834 μm

The substance is just used in  as beads or in it's molten form. Therefore a sieve analysis was done before the measurement of the particl size distribution.
