Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.
The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Additional information
The effect of the test material on the growth of Pseudokirchneriella subcapitata was investigated in accordance with the standardised guidelines OECD 201, EU Method C.3, US CFR Title 40 Part 797 Section 1050, US EPA Pesticide Assessment Guidelines, Sub-Division J, Section 122-2 and the US EPA Draft Ecological Effects Test Guideline OPPTS 850.5400.
The effects on growth of were investigated over a 96 -hour period and gave an ErC50 (0 - 72 h) of 22 mg/L, an EyC50 (0 - 72 h) of 8.1 mg/L and an EbC50 (0 - 72 h) of 8.5 mg/L.
The No Observed Effect Concentration at 72 hours based on growth rate, yield and biomass integral was 3.61 mg/L. Correspondingly the Lowest Observed Effect Concentration based on growth rate, yield and biomass integral was 11.6 mg/L.
Based on the geometric mean measured test concentrations the ErC50 (0 - 72 h) value was 20 mg/L; the EyC50 (0 - 72 h) value was 7.0 mg/L and the EbC50 (0 - 72 h) value was 7.4 mg/L.
The Lowest Observed Effect Concentration (0 - 72 h) based on growth rate, yield and biomass integral was 10.2 mg/L, and the No Observed Effect Concentration (0 - 72 h) was 3.05 mg/L.
The study was performed under GLP in line with accepted standardised guidelines with a high standard of reporting. The study was assigned a reliability score of 1 according to the principles for assessing data quality set out in Klimisch (1997) and is considered suitable for assessment as an accurate reflection of the test material.
