Additional information

Summarizing the environmental fate and pathways of the test substance the following information were determined:

- in contact with air there is a fast photochemical degradation of the substance

- fast hydrolysis at pH 7 and 9

- hydrolysis products react to insoluble polymer urea structures and are therefore no longer relevant for the aquatic compartment, the main soluble product of the hydrolysis is hexane-1,6 -diamine.

- readily biodegradable

- no bioaccumulation potential

- a low adsorb potential to soil and sediment

- non volatile from water
