- Details on results:
- An EC50 value of 4.8 mg/L H2O2 with a 95% confidence range of 4.2-5.6 mg/L was determined for the rotifer. The NOEC was 3.5 mg/ H2O2. Based on the results of the first test, a more confined concentration series was applied. The second test revealed an EC50 value of 5.9 mg/L with a 95% confidence interval of 5.7-6.2 mg/L. The NOEC was measured at 3.5 mg/L.
Applicant's summary and conclusion
- Conclusions:
- The second test revealed an EC50 value of 5.9 mg/L with a 95% confidence interval of 5.7-6.2 mg/L. The NOEC was measured at 3.5 mg/L.
