Additional information
As the substance is a liquid (as manufactured), the relevant test for flammable properties is the flash point measurement. A reliable experimental study is presented under point 4.11.
Based on experience, no flammable properties are anticipated if contact with air or water, or no self-heating, therefore studies were deemed unnecessary.
Justification for classification or non-classification
According to Regulation (EC) No.1272/2008 (CLP) criteria, the measured flash point is above the threshold value of 60°C, therefore the substance is NOT considered as a flammable liquid.
