Description of key information

Multi-Walled Carbon Nanotubes (MWCNT) have been evaluated in a chronic test called "short term toxicity test with fish embryo and sac fry stages" according to the OECD guideline 212. Based on the test results obtained in a 10 days exposure to a concentration range of MWCNT up to 100 mg/l, no indication of significant toxic effects for early life stages of zebrafish (Danio rerio) was observed (Witters, 2010b).

Test material is meeting the form as described in section 4.5 of the IUCLID dossier.
