Additional information

Acute tests on fish, daphnia, activated sludge and algae were performed to examine the aquatic toxicity of the test substance. The L(E)C 50 values for the four of them were found to be greater than 100 mg/L (nominal concentration). Thus, the test substance is considered not to be toxic for aquatic organisms.

In addition, long-term toxicity to fish studies were conducted with 2 structural analogues and the NOECs after 21 days of exposure were considered to be at or above the tested concentration (water solubility limit).
