Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Workers - Hazard for the eyes

Additional information - workers

DNELs have been calculated for the exposure routes which are potentially relevant for workers

These DNELs have been calculated using Assessment Factors derived from ECETOC. ECETOC AFs are based on sound scientific evidence and for this reason these have been selected to calculate DNELs for this substance as opposed to the very conservative ECHA R.8 guidance AF values. This selection is appropriate as the substance is not classified in accordance with DSD 67/548/EEC and CLP regulation (EC 1272/2008) as hazardous to human health.
