Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.
The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Administrative data
First-aid measures
Emergency measure - Inhalation: Move victim to fresh air. Call emergency medical care. Apply
artificial respiration if victim is not breathing.
Administer oxygen if breathing is difficult Remove and
isolate contaminated clothing and shoes. Keep victim warm
and quiet.
Emergency measure - Eyes: Call emergency medical care Immediately flush eyes with
running water for at least 15 minutes.
Emergency measure - Skin: Call emergency medical care.Remove and isolate contaminated
clothing and shoes. Immediately wash skin with water and
soap for at least 15 minutes.
Emergency measure - Ingestion: If significant ingestion occurs, vomiting may be induced by
administering plenty of water or milk if person is consciuos
and not experiencing convulsions. Get medical attention
immediately.
Fire-fighting measures
Recommended extinguishing agent: Small fires: Dry chemical, CO2, water spray or
alcohol-resistant foam. Large fires: Water spray, fog or
alcohol-resistant foam. Do not use straight streams. Move
containers from fire area if you can do it without risk.
Fire involving tanks or car/trailer loads: Fight fire from
maximum distance or use unmanned hose holders or monitor
nozzles. Cool containers with flooding quantities of water
until well after fire is out. Withdraw immediately in case
of rising sound from venting safety devices or discoloration
of tank Always stay away from the ends of tanks For massive
fire, use unmanned hose holders or monitor nozzles; if this
is impossible, withdraw from area and let fire burn.
Product arising from burning: COx, NxOy, HF
Product determined by test: N
Accidental release measures
Emergency measures in case of spillage: Eliminate all ignition sources (no smoking, flares, sparks
or flames in immediate area). All equipment used when
handling the product must be grounded. Do not touch or walk
through spilled material. Prevent entry into waterways,
sewers, basements or confined areas. A vapor suppressing
foam may be used to reduce vapors. Absorb or cover with
Sepiolite, dry earth, sand or other non-combustible material
and removed mechanically to containers and send to an
authorized plant for incineration.
Handling and storage
Handling: It is a liquid substance, therefore it is moved by pumps in
pipelines, transported in closed drums and/or tightly closed
tanks. Containers are filled under aspiration and the
exhaust sent for incineration.
Storage: In special covered, ventilated areas, with floors able to
collect any drippings.
Packaging of the substance and or preparation: 200 liter drums
