Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
SND 919 Thiazol was classified as not surface active.
Executive summary:

The surface tension of an aqueous solution of SND 919 Precursor 1 (Thiazol) was determined as 72.07 +/- 0.03 mN/m at 24.6 °C. Two measurements were performed for verification (after 15 and 30 minutes). No significant changes and thus no significant dependence on time and temperature was observed. As these values were higher than 60 mN/m SND 919 Precursor 1 (Thiazol) was classified as not surface active.
